1. How long do I have to initiate a return? You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
2. How do I start a return? Log in to your Tweggo account, go to "Order History," select the order, and click "Return Items." Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
3. Who covers the return shipping costs? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4. Can I track my return shipment? Yes, we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure its safe and timely arrival.
5. How long does the refund process take? Once we receive and verify your returned items, we'll process the refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6. Do you offer exchanges? Currently, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
